Pharmstandard Actively Ramps Up its Facilities

15.06.2026

Between 2021 and 2025, Pharmstandard invested over 30 billion roubles in the development of production and storage facilities, as well as in R&D. The group of companies plans to invest at least another 20 billion roubles in capacity development in the near term.

In line with its investment plan, the company has completed the construction of an administrative and production complex at Pharmstandard-UfaVITA facility in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The facility spans more than 25,000 square meters. The new building is set to go into operation in the near term.

The construction of the new building will double the production capacity for drugs in plastic ampoules manufactured using the BFS (blow – fill – seal) technology, as well as double the capacity for lyophilizates. Additionally, the facility will accommodate the production of suppositories and hormonal eye drops.

In 2023, Pharmstandard-Leksredstva in Kursk put into operation a large-capacity facility for solid dosage forms (analgesics, cardiovascular and ENT medications). The facility expanded its manufacturing scope in 2024 with the launch of a soft gelatin capsule production line. It also began producing non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and vitamins. Since February 2025, construction of a new production facility for hormonal drugs is underway at the plant. It will manufacture tablets, soft gelatin capsules, gels, and creams. The project is scheduled for completion by October 2027.
