On the Pharmacist Day, TASS interviewed Ms. Mariya Voronina, HR Director, of the Operations Unit Pharmstandard JSC, on this issue.

Pharmstandard is a pharmaceutical sector leader, while pharmaceutics gives impetus to the Russian economy nowadays. EPS rating (ecology, personnel, state rating) is our benchmark considered in our further development. We are very pleased to appear among the rating leaders for the second consecutive year,’ noted Mariya Voronina.

Keeping to social responsibility principles, the Company enhances the quality of life for its employees in its cities of presence. For instance, a new modern settlement was built for our plant staff and their families in the Vladimir Region. Volginsky settlement provides our personnel with comfortable furnished apartments equipped with household appliances and everything that is necessary for families with children. There are a fitness hall and a swimming pool available for all employees near their houses.

With its 107 scores in the EPS rating as of April, the Company now employs about seven thousand people. Its plants manufacturing pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment are located in the cities of Kursk, Ufa, Tomsk, Moscow, the Vladimir Region and the Kaliningrad Region.
