HeadHunter has published its annual Employer Rating. It is being compiled already for 15 years. According to hh.ru, in 2024, 1,729 companies from 72 regions of the Russian Federation were included in the Rating, with more than 686 thousand votes left for them by job applicants.

The rating is based on four stages of evaluation:

HR survey: the company's internal processes are assessed.

Employee opinion: they share how they rate their employer and whether they would recommend it as a future place of work for their friends and family members.

Feedback from former employees: this step allows you to understand how a company is perceived by those who no longer work there.

Voting by job seekers: hh.ru users vote for companies they find attractive. This reflects the opinions of job seekers and helps highlight reputable employers.

Pharmstandard was rated among the TOP-100 companies, and was the only pharmaceutical company in the rating among the largest employers (with personnel numbers exceeding 5 thousand).
