On 5 December, 2023, the parties signed an agreement regarding the students' internships and practical training at Pharmstandard Group's Kursk-based Shared Accounting Service Centre.

Evelina Nevzorova, Head of Personnel Recruitment and Adaptation, represented Pharmstandard at the meeting. The other party was Alexey Ilyin, Director of the University's local branch. He signed the agreement on the part of the Financial University.

As part of the signed agreement, senior students of the Faculty of Economics will undergo internships at Pharmstandard Group's Shared Service Centre and gain practical experience while still studying. The first student interns will arrive as early as spring 2024.

The Kursk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation thanked Pharmstandard JSC for the cooperation, also noting that the company is its strategic partner, a promising employer, and one of the largest corporate taxpayers in Kursk Region.

It bears adding that Pharmstandard is actively working on its internship programmes and offering tours of its production sites. In 2023 more than 150 young people visited Pharmstandard Group facilities.
