The winners of the 21st Platinum Ounce competition, a national event celebrating the achievements of pharmaceutics professionals, were announced during the award ceremony on 22 April. This momentous event brought together the owners and top managers of various manufacturing companies, distributors and pharmacy networks.
The information and analytical newspaper Pharmvestnik notes that the winners and runners-up of the Platinum Ounce award were chosen by members of the research community, well-regarded publications specializing in the pharmacology market and CEOs of pharmaceutical companies. Notably, top managers could not vote for their own company, product or project.
The award ceremony also covered the special nominations proposed by the organizing committee. Among others, Phosphogliv URSO received commendation for its innovative approach to treating biliary pathology. The product was first launched in 2020.
