Moscow, December 1, 2014 – Pharmstandard OJSC (LSE: PHST IL, RTS: PHST RU) (“Pharmstandard” or the “Company”) announces that the Company decided to release Igor Krylov from the Acting CEO of Pharmstandard OJSC and to appoint Vladimir Chupikov as an interim CEO of the Company.

Previously, Mr.Chupikov held the position of a Deputy CEO for Procurement.
