Pharmstandard PJSC plans to delist from the Moscow Exchange. 

The announcement on delisting of the issuer’s equity securities not to be traded has been posted on the corporate information disclosure portal. The delisting is scheduled for March 24, 2017.

Earlier, Pharmstandard PJSC held an extraordinary general shareholders` meeting and adopted the resolution to apply for delisting from the Moscow Exchange.
