The award ceremony for the Responsible Business Award “For Contribution to National Development Goals” took place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The organisers presented the awards to companies that successfully combine sound business operations with social initiatives and support for the regions where they operate.
The winners of the award in 2026 were Pharmstandard, Aeroflot, and Atomenergoprom.
Igor Shchegolev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District, presented the awards to the companies’ CEOs.
Kommersant notes that the companies were selected based on their contribution to national development goals, social programme implementation, involvement in regional projects, and adherence to responsible business practices.
Since 2024, Pharmstandard has been one of the leaders in the ESG Rating, holding the highest rating level – AAA.
ESG Rating represents a major initiative evaluating companies committed to responsible business practices. The rating evaluates companies’ achievements in environmental responsibility, HR policy, interaction with the government, and implementation of social projects.
