For the fourth time, the company has joined forces with the Moscow Region to support the temporary employment programme for school students.
More and more young people are gaining their first professional experience at Pharmstandard. For its part, the company keeps creating a welcoming and supportive space where young people can gain essential work skills, join a strong professional team, and start believing in themselves.
The project was made possible thanks to strong in-house support: school students are engaged across a wide range of departments, including IT, HR, logistics, and finance. Mentors help young people take their first steps in the profession.
During the summer of 2026, over 40 school students joined the company. The project continues to scale up: this season, the involvement of young professionals spans two key locations – the head office in Dolgoprudny and the office in the Severnaya Bashnya Business Centre. Similar projects are being implemented in the regions.
The results of this year speak for themselves: the programme is becoming more popular. Far from just continuing, the project is expanding and welcoming more young, ambitious, and talented people.
