JSC Pharmstandard, a leader in ESS ratings, is expanding its social programmes for employees, helping children receive comprehensive rest and health care. Maria Voronina, HR Director of the company’s Operational unit, told TASS about this.

According to her, the company covers 90% of the cost of the trip or reimburses parents’ expenses up to 20,000 rubles per child annually.
Pharmstandard manufactures and sells finished medicines and medical equipment, and is engaged in the promotion and distribution of products.
Rating “Ecology. Staff. State” was first implemented in the Central Federal District in 2022. In February 2024, the rating received the status of a national standard. The standard already covers 7 million business entities. A significant focus is placed on companies’ contributions to the country’s demographic development and their social investments in the regions where they operate.
