The Employer of the Future 2025 Prize award ceremony took place on 25 March. The annual national award in the field of HR in the pharmaceutical industry is held by the Pharma & Medical Recruitment professional community. The best employers and personal nominations are assessed by employees of pharmaceutical companies. The award makes it possible to recognize achievements and identify positive experiences of pharmaceutical companies in the field of HR.

The management of Pharmstandard was among the leaders in this prestigious industry award. In the General Director of the Year nomination, General Director of Pharmstandard JSC Dmitry Zaitsev was awarded a 1st degree diploma. Maria Voronina, HR Director of the Operations Unit, won in the HR Director of the Year nomination. 

Such high rating in the industry award is the result of system-based, continuous effort of the Pharmstandard team to form the corporate culture and an attractive HR brand for employees. We thank our colleagues for their high praise.
