Moscow, December 24, 2013 – Pharmstandard OJSC (“Pharmstandard” or the “Company”), a leading pharmaceutical company in Russia, announces that it has completed the reorganization of the Company by spin-off of OTCPharm PJSC (“OTCPharm”). The date of State Registration is December 23, 2013.

OTC shares are to be distributed to all shareholders at the date of OTCPharm registration in proportion ¼, i.e. 1 Pharmstandard ordinary share = 4 OTCPharm ordinary shares.

Trading activities on MOEX will be resumed as per MOEX listing rules.
