The relevant records have been made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. It bears reminding that on January 30, 2017, Pharmstandard PJSC held an extraordinary general shareholders` meeting to consider the issues related to termination of the Company`s public status. In particular, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders adopted the revision of the Company`s Charter.
